RATES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2020
Low – December – March Mid – April – June, October & November High – Easter, July – September
Rates are per room per night and do not include breakfast. Breakfast is added as an extra, this is flexible and can be amended before & during your stay.
It is the guests responsibility to check the accuracy of all details at the point of booking
A deposit equal to the first nights stay is payable in order to reserve your dates and confirm your booking.The remaining balance is payable upon departure. Bookings are not transferable, you are not able to give a booking to friends or family.
Regretfully, in the event of a cancellation, the below policy applies.
Any request to cancel a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation confirmation or cancellation reference number. Until you do so, your booking will still be considered valid and cancellation penalties may be incurred. If you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation or cancellation reference number within 24-hours of your initial request, please ensure you contact us without delay.
Full refund of the deposit if you cancel 30 days before arrival.
We will hold the deposit if you cancel between 30 days and 1 week before arrival.
Full charge will apply for cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival and for no shows or booking reductions after arrival.
We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance to cover such potential losses. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reallocate you to another room, if we need to cancel your reservation we will fully refund you, no further payment other than the cost of your stay with The Old Parsonage will be made.
We take payment by cash in person or by debit card, we cannot accept cheques or bank transfers. Refunds of card payments can only be made onto the card used.
Bookings are taken for a minimum duration of 2 nights at weekends and during mid and high season. Booking alterations must not be lower than the minimum stay.
The Old Parsonage has a limited number of private car parking spaces at the rear of the property. They are allocated on a first reserve basis and are free. We recommend enquiring about availability at the time of your booking. If our spaces have been allocated discounted parking can be obtained at the local town car park, located behind The Old Parsonage.
Should you like us to look after your luggage prior to check-in or after check- out we are happy to do this
Please note that The Old Parsonage does not accept children.
We are happy to accept responsible dog owners and well-behaved house trained dogs at a charge of £15 per stay. Sorry, no dogs that are likely to be at all aggressive to other dogs or people. The dog-friendly rooms are rooms 1 & 5, these are the closest to the front door. No dog should ever be left in a room alone for any period of time.
Due to the original layout and design of our property, we have limited access for guests with a disability however we do have a ground floor room. Please view our access statement which can be found on our website for more detailed information about the house.
We invite our guests to discuss their specific requirements in advance of their booking in order to give us the opportunity to assist where possible and establish if our property will be suitable for their needs.
